We make it as easy as possible to order by measuring and labeling all your equipment and giving you and we a reference of it. We do not charge for the initial setup and give you the ability to order on our website in which we respond by sending a service response and that's it. In a week or so we show up with the gaskets install it and you either pay us upon receipt of your order, at the time of installation or if approved, we invoice. We also offer a routine gasket maintenance agreement with a estimated time to come out and check them all. We charge a fee per time we come out to inspect them but the installation is free. We wave the fee if you use our hood service or routine carpet cleaning service. We offer a 30 day warranty on gasket defects. It does not cover bleach damage, fingers, pulling the doors to hard, or anything that can be prevented.
