How often should the kitchen hood and exhaust system be cleaned

In most cases having it cleaned every 3 months in standard. It does however depend on the type of cooking and the volume of the location. We'll recommend a schedule.

Do you clean the fans as well?

We clean the fans down to the hood system. If there is any reason we cannot thoroughly clean the system, it will be notated during the estimate and on your cleaning report.

Do you have a warranty on your cooler gaskets?

We do offer a 30 day warranty on all gaskets. It does not extend to finger wear, chemical wear or any misuse.

How do you know the size and type of gasket?

In most cases we measure and label your equipment making sure you have the best gaskets for your equipment.

Do you install the gasket's free?

We absolutely install your gaskets free of charge. We want to make sure that everything is accurate, installed correctly and worry free for our customers.

Soft washing is a form of washing that is more delicate and uses a bio-friendly detergent solution for most of the cleaning.

Will SBMS's pressure washing harm my plants?

Our soft wash uses lower pressures and more friendly detergents to clean your home and by doing so we eliminate most chances of harm.

Is SBMS fully licensed and insured?

We are fully licensed and insured to do all that we offer and will provide the documentation if requested.

How often should I pressure wash my home?

The recommendation is that you clean your exterior every 1-2 years or when soiled.
